3-27-2017 – Corona -Centennial High School student, Vaibhavi Shah, was chosen as one of the 150 Coca-Cola scholars nationwide. The 150 high school seniors will each receive a $20,000 college scholarship and join a family of alumni who are leading positive change in their communities and around the world.

The scholarship is awarded to students for their achievement in community service and merit-based academic pursuits. Vaibhavi was chosen as one of the Coca-Cola scholars from a competitive pool of 87,000 individuals. 2,500 semifinalist were chosen from this large pool followed by 250 regional finalists. The final 150 were chosen after a 4 month process.

Vaibhavi will be meeting with fellow scholars and Coca-Cola Foundation members next month in Atlanta, Georgia.
